It is important for players to determine if the length of the pass should be either a chest pass or a shoulder pass. To get players reacting automatically to distance and the appropriate pass, players need constant practice.

Systems/Set Moves

TS13Every team sport has set moves. In netball they are call court systems.

A system recognises individual responsibility enabling each team member to understand their role. A system also provides a base movement and eliminates confusion of who is expected to receive what pass. It is also a coaching tool to identify breakdowns on the court.

Talking on Court

TS19Communication is very important in a team game. Off court the players talk non stop yet there can be silence when they are playing.

This session encourages players to talk to each other and for them to get used to communicating without offending each other. Tactical and positive comments are both great tools and can create a close team.

Squash Court

TS17Training in a squash court is intense and fun.

This is the perfect opportunity to refine skills and observe players in a more confined environment.

Circuit Training
