This is the key to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Planning your personal time during a busy day is the greatest battle to get motivated and get fit. Establishing a routine that you will stick to is important so your fitness session works in with your daily routine. We all have different activities during the day. Making the time to exercise is our first step. If you can exercise for half an hour per day you are on your way to a healthy beginning. Those who are fortunate enough to have daylight saving can exercise at night whereas we Queenslanders will need to get up early in the morning, that is if you work during the day.
