Make Some Changes

Christmas is a difficult time to make changes to your personal health.  At times we tend to use the excuse of beginning our new routine in the New Year so we can cram heaps of cheer in before January 1st.

Start now.  So far I have been in my own personal experiment for 8 weeks and have dropped seven kilos which is fantastic.  I go to the gym three times per week and have been doing three long walks with a swim afterwards per week.  I’ve changed my desk job for a more active job.  I make a joke of being a ‘Swapper’ as our Australian Government has been advertising and that is to swap unhealthy for healthy eg. instead of watching TV go for a walk.
